Thomas/Wright, Inc. designed storm drainage improvements and erosion control for over 2,800 feet of access road path and 0.6 acres of parking lot.

T/WI also prepared a Technical Information Report with drainage design calculations for review and approval by the King County Department of Development and Environmental Services. The Santa Barbara Urban Hydrograph, Haestaad Methods Flowmaster, and AutoCAD programs were used to prepare the design drawings of the facilities.

The design includes storm drainage ditches, a bioswale, catch basins, and outfall protection to wetlands. Thomas/Wright, Inc. responded to questions from King County, the Department of Ecology, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
