Description

Thomas/Wright, Inc. prepared the Request for Proposal Parts 3, 4, 5, and 6 for a design build contract to replace the potable water piping in five buildings.

The existing system is 60 years old, is not code compliant, and is difficult to access for maintenance. The new system will be a Drop Loop System with cement lined ductile iron pipe for 6-inch pipe and type L copper pipe for pipe 4-inches and smaller.

The project also includes the preparation of cost estimates in the SUCCESS format.
