Inc. prepared the design build documents for the Light Armored
Reconnaissance Battalion (LAR) Facilities Project at the Marine Corps Base
at Camp Pendleton, California. The LAR is gaining a new Company and needed
new facilities for the addition. The project included a new Vehicle
Maintenance Shop building with 6 bays for servicing the Light Armored
Vehicles (LAV), a new Armory for the 1st LAR Battalion, an addition to the
Org/Communication/Electric Shop and storage building, and a remodel of the
Motor Transport Maintenance Shops.

prepared drawings, technical specifications, and design build documents
for the procurement. The project included expansion of the parking area
for the LAV vehicles, utilities, and security fencing. The armory included
other items such as weapons cleaning tables, security lighting, and
weapons procurement stations.
