Description

Thomas/Wright, Inc. prepared the street improvement plans for S.E. Grand Avenue between S.E. Spokane Street and S.E. Tacoma Street.

The improvements included a new cul-de-sac with on-street parking, new curbs and sidewalks, retaining walls, landscape planter boxes, and a stormwater management facility.

A topographic survey and map of S.E. Grand Avenue and the adjoining 0.4 acre parcel was also completed.
