Description

Thomas/Wright, Inc. prepared the civil improvements for a boat yard. Improvements included site grading and paving of 60,000 square feet, a water line connection, and a sewer line connection.

The storm drain improvements consisted of catch basins, 860 feet of storm sewer, and a stormceptor for water quality. An operations and maintenance plan was prepared for the storm water quality control facility.

The project included 23 parking stalls.
