Description

Thomas/Wright, Inc. designed the civil improvements for an apartment complex. Improvements included grading for a four acre site, 125 parking spaces, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, a water system and an erosion control plan.

The water system included approximately 1,900 feet of 6 and 8-inch water line and fire hydrants.
