Thomas/Wright, Inc. (T/WI) is a civil and mechanical
engineering and surveying firm specializing in municipal and governmental
services. The firm provides engineering services tailored to the specific
needs of each client and has developed an excellent record of continued
service to its clients. The firm was founded in 1971 in Portland, Oregon
and serves clients throughout the western United States.
Thomas/Wright, Inc. has been committed to providing professional
engineering and planning services for over 30 years. On the majority of
its projects, T/WI has provided all technical services from project
feasibility studies through construction and project acceptance. Many of
our projects include public involvement and facilitating advisory
committees.

and meeting project schedules. The staff at T/WI believe in giving
