| Construction
Inspectors for
USACE, Portland District |

| In October
2008, Thomas/Wright, Inc.
was awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland
District to provide construction inspectors to USACE.
Inspector types needed include Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical
Inspector.

|
Minimum Qualifications:
|
-
For
the past 6 years, three years of continuous experience in the inspection
of construction contract work for the type of work contemplated.
-
Familiarity
with the Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM
385-1-1).
-
Successful
completion within the last 5 years of the course “Construction Quality
Management for Contractors” which is periodically offered by
Associated General Contractors (AGC).
-
A
minimum of 30 hours of safety training related to the type of inspection
proposed within the past two years.
-
Current
first aid and CPR certifications.
