T/WI's transportation/transit
experience includes the planning and design of streets, parking
lots, bike paths, and civil design improvements for intermodal
facilities, motor pool facilities, and a maintenance operations
center.
For urban and suburban street improvements, T/WI
has provided professional services from preliminary route analyses
of new streets to rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing
streets.
T/WI designed the Dartmouth Street Extension, a
major street intertie between the Haines Road exit from I-5 and
Pacific Highway. T/WI completed the design of a 100 vehicle
parking lot in Oregon City that is used as a shuttle lot for a
nearby bus transit station. T/WI prepared the civil improvements
for the rehabilitation of a Tri-Met small bus maintenance
operations center.
